I'm a little disappointed with the latest patch...mission payouts were cut in half for most of the high paying phone missions. Hey, Rockstar, I'm not buying your in game cash! I also heard the bike selling glitch is still working. Sounds like I might have to start cheating.

Rockstar's response on the job payout cuts:

For those of you inquiring about mission payouts, there was a change that reduces payouts by 50% after a repeat of the mission. So, basically, the first time you play and beat the mission, you will get the full amount. Subsequent replays will see a payout amount reduced by half.

This is to help prepare for upcoming missions and content in the Beach Bum Pack as well as heists to help keep the game balanced as well as encourage the exploration of new missions and content in the game.

We understand players do like to enjoy a mission multiple times, so rather than remove the possibility of doing so, we've allowed replays of these missions at a reduced payout. Many players can get very good at a mission and beat it much faster in consecutive tries, so we've adjusted these payouts to match that case.

This also ties in to our ongoing discussion of replay availability for NPC missions, in which we are taking community feedback as well.

I would be fine with it if we could actually replay the mission from the jobs screen. Instead, Rockstar is saying they're "listening to community feedback, and they're adding random phone missions to the lists of jobs available on the voting screen." What? Nobody was asking for that, they were asking for the replay button to come back. Cutting payouts by half would be fine if we could at least replay them from that voting screen. It would also help if some missions weren't a bitch to complete while paying out crap (Death From Above), and other missions are somewhat easier and used to have great payouts (Mixed Up With Coke). Oh yeah, and someone told me that glitching bikes is still working for them...so basically everyone who wasn't exploiting got kicked in the nuts today.

It's all a blatant attempt to get people to spend their $$$ on GTA$.

Oh yeah, they also increased prices on Sticky Bombs...that's like my main weapon, man.

I don't know? It's happened to me before too, but I've got no idea what causes it. One time I requested a mission from a contact, then everyone in the session was gone except for me :lol: Probably just a coincidence, but I'd like to think that I called the contact and made everyone disappear

I have had this happen multiple times. The best is when @BuckeyeTillIDie gets booted from session and his guy goes running around in traffic. I do the only thing a good human being from the Buckeye state should do. I put him down with my fists or a shotgun blast to the head. :cool:
