Glad to get the win, but WTF was Matta thinking by keeping Amir out of the game so long? McDonald was getting used and abused.

Odd decisions as to who should be on the floor for most of the second half, but hey, it's a win.

Let me say how ironic it was that there was only one foul called for moving screen tonight ... and it was on a Buckeye!!! I'm sure all the referees are sitting in the confessional right now apologizing for not doing enough.

They did get one on Sherman in the 2nd half, too.

What an improbable comeback by OSU. ND made mistakes but I think OSU played virtually perfect basketball the last minute of the game.

I have thought about it, and I have to say this is THE most improbable comeback ever in the Matta era for OSU. Not one game before today did they trail by 8+ points with less than a minute remaining and win. They trailed by more and won games, but never with such little time.

Yeah, I think this game showed that Matta has some kinks to work out in terms of who is playing in what circumstances. Clearly they were struggling facing the ND zone, and need to work on that. Even though they won it will still be a major teaching tool for this team. Those refs didn't make one single call against Connaughton the whole game until less than a minute remained.

What about the game against Purdue in their gym with ET. Also the the comeback to beat Michigan by ET at the buzzer in the first round of the Big Ten tournament. Finally the comeback against Xavier in the NCAAs in Mattas second year.

This was a great comeback, but is debatable as the most improbable.

Tennessee in the Tourney as well, against Chris Lofton.

But 8 points with under a minute? That's pretty dang 'improbable.'

I wasn't paying too close attention to it during the game, because I was concentrating on the moment, but one thing I'm going to be looking at during replays on BTN are where Q was lining up from three. I think he might've been a foot beyond NBA range on a lot of them, but will be looking at that on the replay.

Still think Shannon Scott's second steal off the in-bound (where he was fouled) was the play of the game, in addition to Craft's late steal.

One thing I hope for is if/when the Big Ten hosts the conference tournament in New York (it'll happen), MSG or Barclays Center removes the NBA line.

But since they didn't do it for the Big East Tournament all those years, that's asking too much.

I have no doubt the BTT will be in DC or NYC in the future (even though I prefer Chicago or Indy).

We went to a party tonight and so I just finished watching my recorded game. Great win. It was had to wait until two hours after the game was over to watch it.

Was Craft fouled on that last play or body checked like in hockey? What a game! What a team.

He was definitely body checked. It looked like Craft may have embellished it somewhat, but there was definitely a body check, evident from both views they showed.
