I can't speak for the folks that have such access and found the court records that paint you in a negative light, but I highly doubt they're dumb enough to simply gloss over any court case referencing your name that could be used to prove your claims that the court cleared you of association with said fraud cases. Of course, if they find such cases, I'm sure they'd post the information contained therein in order to clear up and end this nonsense, which is exactly what you refuse to do. Considering that, would you really like someone to find those cases?

As far as liar vs. impersonator, I would say impersonating a person that never really existed - as a Giovanni Strassini never attended OSU or played sports there - and accepting praise and adoration as such is being a liar. I should have used impostor instead, as that's exactly what you were while accepting the life of a OSU two sport AA.

I never claimed to be a fan of Ohio State. But you did commit fraud against that institution. Whether or not it was for financial gain is still to be determined IMO. Even if you never reaped financial benefit from your actions, you still committed fraud- since you did benefit (through undeserved credibility, and many other possible ways) personally.

I have extreme issues with someone who is so incapable of being able to consistently put together a sentence which can be read and understood by others having the audacity... the unmitigated gall.. to use words like "canards" and "prevaricators."

Gio, let's slow down here... before we move on to the bigger words available in English we need to have a handle on the smaller ones... Words like "doing"
