Gettin' serious bout some HOT WINGS

I would have to agree with jwins on this one. The Winking Lizard has some great wings especially for $.40 on Monday and Tuesdays. Roosters are my favorite wing. And if I must get wings somewhere else, it doesn't matter cause they are all about the same. I go to the Lizard every Monday and Roosters every Tuesday. It has been like that for years and I see no reason to mess with a good thing.

I go to BWW for the buffalo chips more than the wings.

I would be hard pressed to order "Buffalo Chips". :sick1:

I won't eat wings outside of my own home hardly at all anymore. Not after having tasted the wings made by my own dear husband. Nothing beats em.

"won't" + "hardly" = double negative. :shake:

I completely agreed with this until I had California Pizza Kitchen's BBQ Chicken pizza. Grub.

California and Pizza should never be right next to each other either. The only thing I hate more than chicken on pizza is gourmet pizza. New York, Chicago, Authentic Italian all ok. California not ok.

Where is this "Mad Mex" you speak of?

Mad Mex is in the South Campus Gateway. You gotta brave the students but its a pretty chill place. They play great music and for happy hour they have half price draughts (probably 40 to choose from at any given time), half price margaritas (a good 8 flavors with 20 kinds of tequila to choose from, and half price wings (4 different varieties coming in 3 levels of hotness). Pretty much the perfect happy hour spot.

Sorry. :(

I don't trust any pizza with "California" in the title. Those fuckers sneak goat cheese and artichoke hearts into anything they can.

This is true. Which is why I don't eat pizza here very often. :( I can't stand goat cheese. I don't know who the hell thought it was ok to put raw, cold slices of tomato on a pizza either but they need to be put up against the wall. I want a salad, I will order a damn salad.

No where at all did I ever call it "gourmet" pizza. :wink2: And after trying it for the first time at CPK, I found a place that did it even better and eat there instead.

I have no problem with students. I'll just invite Numby, they'll think I'm one of them.

Do they have Natty Light on tap? If so...it should be renamed "heaven".

If you ever decide to go one notch up - might I recommend "Southpaw"
I've only seen it in the south and midwest. My friends and I play a game where if someone is drinking it and isn't holding the beer in their left hand - you get to punch them as hard a possible.
