Florida Gators head coach Will Muschamp announced today
the hiring of four new staff members, including defensive
coordinator Dan Quinn and Kansas City Chiefs offensive
coordinator Charlie Weis, who, as previously reported,
will be the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.

Also joining the staff are Frank Verducci (offensive line/running
game coordinator) and George Wynn, who will serve as director
of football operations.

Quinn is a 17-year coaching veteran who has spent the past
10 seasons in the NFL. Muschamp and Quinn worked together
on Nick Saban's Miami Dolphins staff.

Kind of a classic comment by Fiutak on the situation:

CFN

""And ... and ... and ... he got to coach in the same division as TEBOWWWWW ... Phew. That was close. For a moment there the Arrogant Gas Bag levels at the Florida football program were running dangerously low following the retirement of Urban Meyer. Thank God, help is on the way from Kansas City."

From the outside view it appears that Muschamp and Weiss make a potent combo.

My first impression was too many Chiefs - with one of the Chiefs never having been a Chief before, while his right hand Indian thinks that he is smarter than any Chief in the land. Bad combo unless Boom bitch slaps him early and often.

"Fun"..as in watching a jar full of red ants react when you pour in some black ants?

Mr Ubet,

Quit your bitching.

Big boned, charming, Yankee offensive geniuses like me fit in anywhere. Gainesville Florida should be no different unless its a bunch of dumb inbred hicks that can't appreciate genius when its blocking the sun right on front of them.

I've been in town a couple of weeks now and from what I have seen so far the hospitality at the local fish camps has been outstanding. BTW alligator doesn't taste a damn thing like chicken but you deep fry it and I can eat anything.

All for now, rest easy knowing I have the keys to your teams offense in the palm of my hand (or in one of the fat folds in the lower part of my arm, not sure exactly).

Regards,

Charles

P.S. Get with me off line but do you think we can go back and sue that quack that almost killed me with the gastric bypass bullshit?

I run shit around here now. You got that. The only combos Charlie is interested in is the restaurants in Gainsville. I'm sure business will pick up in the fast food sector, that's why he was hired. I was hired to win championships.
