Everybody knows "I've been working on the railroad" because their second grade teacher taught em to sing it in between snack-time and nap-time, not because it is a college football anthemn. As much as I want to throw up every time I hear it, at least "hail to the (losers of 2/3)" sounds more like a fight song than a nursery rhyme.

seriously though, I'd like to hear about that heffer bevo.

Figured this would be a nice add since this is the 'Texas' thread. On our Official web site for merchandise they have posted up a new shirt for the Texas game. Its really good looking. It has the large title of "Showdown In The Shoe" and has the two helmets clashing along with the date, and logos of each team...Just ordered mine!

That thing hanging between his legs kind of precludes him from being a heifer.

But he is missing a few components that would make him a bull. So I guess you're a little bit right.

The one above is the old Bevo by the way. The new one's pretty young, but he's still a good looking steer.

Bevo XIV is a bad man. 11-1 at this point and looking to be 24-1 pretty soon. Seriously though, I'm not much of a fan of making up shirts for games but at least y'all haven't made dumbass shirts making fun of Texas yet. Arkansas fans all had ridiculous shirts on and it just proved that their game against us was THE game of the year for them. I prefer the, we're gonna come in and play you but it's not the sole purpose for our season, approach. This shirt seems more like it was made for a bowl game, which is appropriate.

I was just thinking this, how long till we get a tuck fexas shirt with the upside down horns. I have now seen that shirt at ou, ark, atm, texas tech, and to my suprise, at the rose bowl. its very original. My favorite shirt is the

" You can't spell C_CK S_CKER without OU" Just has a nice ring to it doesn't it.

We are kind of fond of the "Screw Blew", "Muck Fichigan", and "Anne Arbor is a whore" shirts in these parts, but I see your point with the C_CK S_CKER shirt.

Thanks for the link. I didn't realize the 13-0 branding story, which was then supposedly 'over-branded' to read BEVO, was the Aggie version.

I think I won't tell that version when I make it to Austin next year. :wink2:

We save all of our creative shirt juices for one team. But we never thought to switch the letters around, my shirt just says "FUCK M*CH*GAN". Heh Heh :biggrin:
