Stanford did not play prevent defense, at least they didnt play it very well. My understanding of prevent is that it "prevents" the big play, while giving the opponent about 10 yards a play. Notre Dame was not held to 10 yards a completion on that final drive.

Gee, I wanna hear from those ND fans that have been saying "Ohio State has not seen a team like ND".

That is for sure. We havent seen a team that has lost to scUM Lite, and almost lost to a high school caliber Stanford team. God I hate ND. Watch, they'll move up 3 spots after this :biggrin:
