Anyone watch this on Sunday? I finally got around to watching it last night and it looks to be yet another great show from HBO.

I did get a little lost on the names too near the end, so this helped. Yet it's tough finding something that doesn't discuss the books (and therefore future spoilers). They had to put as much backstory as they could in the first episode, and I think they did a pretty good job without it being overwhelming. Yet I still needed a little help figuring out specific names. (Spoiler from the first episode) and yes, the two getting it on at the end are twin brother and sister.

I haven't actually read the books -or- watched the show yet, but I have some friends who are really into the books and are now watching the show. FWIW, they have all said thatscott91575;1909793; said:No, that is why I try and stay away from those discussions. I believe the first season is the first book, which is named "Game of Thrones." The series of books is actually named "A Song of Ice and Fire."
Anyway, I have heard good things about it, but I am a lazy, lazy man. So I will stick with the tv series. Besides, reading books always ruins the movie/tv series, and ends up in stupid discussions about "the book is so much better" or "I hate how they did [insert random statement] to [random character]." It destroys the immersion for me since I spend the whole time comparing the two.
