I always found Dany sitting in her pyramid crying about all her enemies surrounding her as she had her FUCKING DRAGONS locked up in the basement to be extremely annoying.

In Season 2 at the House of the Undying Dany has her vision of walking through the throne room at the Red Keep and the ceiling is ripped off and scorched like Harrenhal. Of course, the Iron Throne is also covered in 'snow,' so foreshadowing, I hope.

I haven't watched the new one yet, but reading some comments I realize I forget most of what happened besides the major scenes. I wonder if I should rewatch first. I also haven't read the books since season one.
