Tucker High School safety Kirk Tucker has de-committed from Stanford after taking an official visit with the Cardinal last weekend. “Everybody knows how tough it is to get admitted to Stanford, and he didn’t make it,” said Tucker coach Brian Lamar, who has been in contact with Ohio State the last few days about Tucker. “Ohio State is interested. We’re trying to work something out. He’s also interested in going out to the West coast and playing in the Pac-12. With Erick shooting up the rankings and having an underrated talented S in Malik hooker, would we still want this kid with limited space, could he be redshirted and turned into a OLB?
Probably doesn't matter since he really wants to go west from what it seems

I read about this and it must be really tough on this kid, if his heart was really set on going to Stanford all these months and then he doesn't get accepted. Really hard school to get accepted into, so maybe it was expected or he knew there was a chance of this happening.
