2023 GA DB Kayin Lee (OSU decommit, Auburn signee)

When u see the struggles of a 5th year corner in Cam Brown and the regression of Denzel Burke…….man, it’d take a lotta faith to come here and believe you are getting elite coaching.

It’s bad…..
But that's not all on coaching. I really believe that Burke's ego got in the way this season, after his meteoric rise last season and all the off season press. The best coaches can only do so much to overcome egos. And Brown has never been that good, because he's hardly ever healthy. You can't get better if you're constantly injured on the bench, no matter how many times you tout your 40 time. You can watch the NFL and see the success that Eliano has had with DBs.

This is now a battle against Auburn, and OSU is now fighting to keep him, and Birm is even saying that he doesn't know if we end up with Lee in the class.

So you bounce to Auburn? Where there is going to be a brand new coaching staff? Makes absolutely no sense.

Makes complete sense

I don't know if it's been mentioned but Miguel Patrick, who previously coached Lee in high school and is currently on OSU staff, is leaving to become the D-line coach at UAB. He was a big reason for Lee's attraction to OSU and with him leaving Lee may be having second thoughts about his commitment.
THAT. But also add to it: NIL, location and immediate PT for Auburn selling points

Not only that but new coaches can tell recruits whatever the hell they want and their is nothing to disprove them.

But yes I'd feel better if he was thinking about ditching us for Bama, Georgia, LSU etc
