Future Football Schedules (Updated 8/31/2024)

Seems there could be some changes coming to the B1G portion of the 2022 schedule.

One notable I saw is that the game at Penn State is likely to be moved from October 1st to October 29th.

Read that the full slate of changes should be announced tomorrow.

Honestly, that would be ideal. Elsewise, leaving things like they currently are, we would be playing @ Mich St & @ Penn St in back to back weeks. Moving Penn St back to Oct 29th would give us a bye week prior to playing them

This, I am all for. They bitch incessantly when a good team has a bye week before playing them. I hope they have Wisconsin or Iowa before us. Fuckers.

Of course. Couldn't play Penn State without it being a cold Halloween night. :roll1:
  • Oct. 29: at Penn State (Originally scheduled: Indiana)
Sounds like it's gonna be: Halloween weekend, night game, white out.

11W can probably recycle their 2020 poster:

The entire "revised" B1G schedule:

1) Both Ohio State and Iowa get a "bye" before their game on Oct 22nd. I guess that is fair.

2) Why the hell are NW and Corn playing in Dublin? It looks like it screws NW out of a home game. Who knows? Maybe they can sell more tickets in Ireland than they can in Evanston...

3) Only 1 Friday night game, Corn vs Iowa; last conference game on Thanksgiving weekend.

4) Each school's toughest nonconference game (or the Power 5 team):
Illinois: Virginia
Iowa: Iowa State
Minnesota: Colorado
Corn: Oklahoma
Northwestern: Duke
Purdue: Syracuse
Cheese: Washington State
Indiana: Juggalos
Maryland: SMU
scUM: Colorado State, Hawaii, and UConn....i.e. nobody...
Sparty: Washington
Ohio State: Notre Dame
Penn State: Auburn
Rutgers: Boston College

And at the end of the 2022 season, “Nobody” will be ranked higher than the Hairbras.
