Is Dane Cook funny?

I goggled this and could only find 1 thing he stole from Louis CK. At least Dane's delivery is better. Carlos Mencia on the other hand, is a total thief who steals jokes and completely trashes them on-stage. It's well documented all over the web that if he tells a joke that even remotely funny, he stole it. If you know of more examples of Dane stealing jokes, I'd love a link, cause I don't like Dane's stand up that much, but what I found isn't Mencia bad.

If you can't tell, I hate Mencia as much as I hate TSUN.

Wikipedia says that Cook is also accused of stealing material from Joe Rogan, Emo Phillips and Demetri Martin. Also this article on Radar.

Everyone steals from everyone else whether they realize it or not. If a guy steals a joke and it's a hit for him but not the stealee, then the stealee, should maybe realize he or she isn't that good at their craft.

No argument here, the delivery is equally as important as the content of standup material, but Dane Cook stealing jokes doesn't really jibe with this interview where he says DO NOT STEAL JOKES.
