Gotta agree. Cripes, 'braska was ranked this season and had nine wins, with a bowl game yet to go.

I know there have been other issues, and I don't have a wall in my bedroom dedicated to a shrine to Bo, but by comparison this just ain't fair.

Pelini's problems begin with his inability to find a quarterback who didn't drive you crazy with great plays followed by total doofus mistakes, and end with an inconsistent defense - this from a coach and a school that made their name on defense.

Agreed.

Nebraska is in bad need of a real QB. It starts there. Add in the defense that, at times, looked completely embarrassing. I think this is a move that was almost talked about for so long, that it just needed to happen.

I do hope Nebraska can find the right guy and get back to winning. I'll be looking forward to the next trip to Lincoln in 2017.

He wasn't a bad coach. But if you have higher expectations then you have to move on. But, they seem to be in a "TSUN" like never land of looking for the next Tom Osborne. And good co-ordinators would have helped his cause but that's on him to get them and keep them.
They should hire the entire Utah staff! Kyle Whittingham. Guy can run a program.
I guess they'll talk to Frost.
