Can we just agree on the fact that none of the above attire belongs in Ohio Stadium? I have still yet to understand the Southern tradition of wearing your finest to a football game on an Autumn Saturday. Yeah, that dude in khakis, loafers, a pink polo shirt with an embroidered Auburn logo on the pocket, and an oxford sweater tied around his neck - yeah you're real hardcore.

Where I work, nobody wears a tie. We don't really need to impress anyone, and we get along just fine.

Well, it seemed that the original question was about how people dressed in the past, and yeah, as a student I wore a sport coat and slacks to more than one OHIO STATE game along with about 70,000 other OHIO STATE douchebags.

Times change.

I will say this, I think one of the biggest mistakes made by me and my fellow teachers was when we stopped dressing "professionally."

those are the two i use depending on how wide the collar is. the key is getting a good dimple. very difficult for me to do for some reason.

i gotta disagree with you on that. i like the tradition of the fraternity guys wearing ties to the games. BTW, you forgot the ray-bans with croakies
