agreed, but i wonder how egregious was Kitna's situation.

he said he "thought it was legal"
which I'm going to assume means it wasn't like 6 year olds or some shit like that.

he's 19 years old.
If he had pics of some 17 year olds, sure it's against the law, but not nearly as gross as if he was like 60 with pics of them.

i actually worry about these things in today's day and age because i have an 18 year old son. his girlfriend is 17.
there is no "loophole" in Louisiana for them being very close in age. It's a straight up crime if he has pics like that of her on his phone before her 18th birthday.
and I'm not naïve enough to assume they don't text each other stuff like that.

Mine turns 18 next week and I had some of the same misgivings when I saw that stuff about Kitna. It would be fucking awful to be tagged as a pedo because of something like that.

Very true and I’d hope courts are reasonable in situations of kids dating of similar ages. Also got to teach your kids to not be dumb enough to take pictures. Doesn’t matter if kids are both 16. They can date and do whatever, but photographing it is a crime. Kids are dumb. I was dumb at that age. I don’t know what I’ll do when my son gets older when I need to teach him these things.

Doesn’t make the fans post any less disguising to want to see to coach wrapped up in it.

Yep something about finding them on a discord so he thought they were ok to share on discord or something.

I think they definitely need to change the labeling when it doesn't involve children same as I think statutory rape needs to be defined separately also. The worst of these offenders need put to death immediately where I could see a teen just under legal age sharing pics shouldn't get a lifetime of pain for it if it's consenting. Some law's require a lot of clarification in other words

some states have loopholes giving leeway to young adults. usually something like a 24 month age difference.

so for example a 19 year old can have pics of a 17 year old, but a 60 year old man goes to jail for having pics of the same girl.

which makes sense to me at least.
