2024 FL WR Chance Robinson (Miami, FL. Verbal)

Watched his film. He doesn't have blinding speed, he's a good route runner, but what really stuck out was his hands

Holy smokes, this guy can catch stuff with the DB all over him, whether it's thrown well or not. That had to be what really got Hartline's attention. That's something that not all WR's can be taught. But yeah, if we're still going after him after getting McClellan, that would be the rich just getting richer at X & Z

WR Chance Robinson told On3 that he had an excellent visit to Ohio State this past weekend.

He said he will be back on October 20th for an OV for the Ped State game. He will be coming up with Jeremiah Smith and possibly Jojo Trader.

It should be brought up, that Miami is playing Clemson that weekend, and Robinson turned them down to come to Columbus.

honest question... are we bringing in 4 WRs every year now?
If it's the right 4.
OSU can hold at 3 and be in GREAT shape, and that would be the #1 WR class in '24. But I don't see how they can say no to either of Robinson or Trader. I don't see Trader flipping, but if he makes a visit, then there's a serious chance. Robinson is the type of possession WR that OSU doesn't have. And Trader is just an athletic freak who can play WR or CB(but IMO he stays a Cane)

I was just curious, thank you for the feedback. I would have thought given the lack of blue-chippers in the trenches that the focus might be all in there...

I stated in another thread, that I think the staff will use the transfer portal for the recruiting misses on the OL. As most OL don't see the field until year 2 or 3. But OL that have already been in college, if they're willing to transfer, even from a smaller school, can help the team out faster than a frosh. Josh Simmons has FAR more snaps than Brandon Inniss and Noah Rogers for example.
WRs can see the field from Day 1 if good enough, so keep going after the high rated HSers there.
