Not saying they want to lose him. But if Fordham were to flip to Free Shoes, Brody Lennon could be seen as a 2026 TE since he’ll be redshirting this season

Birm said Fordham flipping to FSU is a foregone conclusion.
Said he expects Aaron Thomas to visit FSU this weekend and believes he won’t stay in the Ohio State class.
There’s been buzz about the Seminoles and Corbyn Fordham all week. It appears that the Buckeyes are on the verge of losing that commitment. There are a number of local options that could make sense for Keenan Bailey if that occurs. That list includes Louisville commit Nick Lautar, who visited two weeks ago. Notre Dame commitment Preston Fryzel and Indiana verbal PJ MacFarlane could also be in line for phone call if the Buckeyes decided to stay local. If Bailey opts for a bigger swing, there’s a really good relationship that already exists with Alabama commit Mack Sutter. Bailey did go see Sutter at his high school during the recent Ohio State off week.

There’s a bit of a difference between what one can afford and what one is willing to spend.Fordham had been committed to the Buckeyes since last November, so this is a pretty significant flip. Ohio State probably thought that they had him wrapped up. Still, it's clear that FSU stepped up and offered him more of an NIL package than what Ryan Day and his staff could afford for him.![]()

Word is (Birm on Talking stuff) that he was offered substantially more from FSU, and that keeping Max Klare for another year would be a better use of that money. There's also a handful of more local kids,-and '27 kids who they like just as well. There’s a bit of a difference between what one can afford and what one is willing to spend.
