Roberts was being discussed as an OSU option now with DGG headed to Tenn. Biddle, Porter and Hodge talked about him on the BM5 yesterday. He's visiting for the Ball St game. They said that he along with a number of other players in general will get more serious looks at week 3 of the HSFB season. So we may see where realistically he sits by then. He's currently the highest rated uncommitted player in FL

Google A.I. search says he dropped due to an injury in his junior year. Prior to that, he was a top 100 kid. I wonder what his injury was, and I guess the staff will see how much he has recovered before giving him a green light should he want to commit?

Brief synopsis:
started at Welliston HS as a frosh, got recruited to IMG, now on his 3rd HS at The Villages Charter. The story doesn't sound too crazy, when he got recruited to IMG, but I'm sure got some type of homesick, and transferred closer to home at The Villages. He missed his Junior year with an injury
He's now grown from 5'11 185lbs as a Soph to a 6'1 205lbs Senior, and hasn't lost any speed.
He said that UNC and OSU are recruiting him the hardest, and the Lock calls him everyday.

If he continues how he played in game 1, expect a massive ranking increase. And at that point watch the offers come rolling in, but hopefully that doesn't sway him if OSU wants him

I think he messed up his ankle pretty bad in the first game. Missed the entire year IIRC.

Land O Lakes is a 5A school and The Villages is 2A.

He did his Junior year, that's what caused the ratings plummet
