I thought he was more of an all around RB like Damien Harris or EzE.

Scott and Scarlett are very different backs but are likely looking at the same spot (we won't take Scott and Scarlett)...we'll have room for Harris regardless and I think he is all Buckeye, but the only way there is room for Scarlett is if Scott picks MSU. As for preference, I think either would be a great addition but I would give the slight nod to Scott with him being in-state and adding more of a power element.
