I don't think they have stopped recruiting LBs, this was almost expected. I can see OSU reach out harder to instate committed LBs: Dante McClellan, McKinley(Mizzou commit) and Paul Nelson, Princeton(IU commit). They both are similar to Alford's style of play.Feels like our recent string of getting South Florida kids to commit, stop recruiting other folks, to have them decommit right before or on signing day, leaving us holding the bag.
Maybe one day we’ll learn
Wiltfong said there’s been positive dialogue between Ohio State and Alford that now leads him to believe he could stick with Ohio State. Alford will be at The Game.
