Ended up costing the city 35 grand - which is likely more than the poor thing would have made from participation in any GGW video.

Fla. teen gets $35G in topless lawsuit

A teenager who sued the city after claiming a police officer forced her to do jumping jacks while topless has reached a $35,000 settlement, officials said.
The City Council unanimously approved the settlement Thursday, City Manager Tom Bonfield said.
Officer Shawn Patrick Shields found the girl, then 16, and a 19-year-old man together in a parked car in April 2003. Shields ordered the two teens out of the car, then told them he could arrest them for lewd and lascivious behavior, authorities said.
The girl told investigators that Shields told her to perform five topless jumping jacks, which she said she did as he shone his flashlight on her.
Both teenagers passed polygraph tests.
Shields was later fired and pleaded no contest to extortion. He was placed on probation for two years in December 2003 and ordered to write a letter of apology to the girl.
The name of the girl's attorney was not immediately known.

About 10 years back while I was running a group of convenience stores in Grand Rapids, Michigan a similar event occurred. There was this dirtbag that was calling different stores in the GR area late at night and telling the clerks that he could see them and had a high powered rifle centered on them. Most of the girls at first thought it was a hoax until the guy told them what they were wearing and precisely what they were doing at that particular moment. The sick bastard had one of my employees strip naked and do jumping jacks for him and other unspeakable things for about 5-10 minutes. It was not until an early morning delivery man appeared and told her to squat behind the counter and crawl to the back room out of the guys sight and line of fire so to speak. This scenerio played out in the area for a couple of weeks until the police started to check incoming phone records at the stores involved and finally spotted a trend.

Make a long story short the dirtbag just got out of prison for doing something similar and he was arrested in pretty short order after that....

In high school we used to ask, ahem, certain girls to see if they could touch their elbows together behind their backs.

It was amazing how many never understood the request and proudly complied. It was even more amazing when they succeeded.
