Fess up, who REALLY cost us the game?

It's my fault...I had a 5th of Captain to sneak in on my belt but I accidentally drank it all before the game...

Sounds like the kids(neither of them 18) that snuck a 5th of vodka in. they were so trashed by the time they got into the stadium, they got in the wrong seats and and stumbled until they could find theirs when the owners that had the seats walked by. needless to say, but they didnt show back up after halftime. i say we just place all the blame of them :wink2:

Nick Lachey and Desmond Howard singing 'Victors' on top of the rotunda before the game. That's who cost us!

As a Weasel, I can forgive Howard. Being a Weasel is punishment enough. But Lachey has to pay. A BP'er urinating on him at some high profile function will be sufficient. A glass of urine won't do it, this would require direct application in order to be most meaningful.

50k bpBucks is the amount on the contract, an extra 25k is available if Jessica Simpson is doused as well. She's considered a target of opportunity, because of her association.

Pictures will be necessary, video of the hit pays a 5% bonus, national news another 10%.

I think we need Bucks all over the country to follow Washington State's lead and have someone at every Gameday from here forward with a giant sign demeaning Ms. Nick Simpson.

It was Woody.

The unveiling of Woody this week should have made us remember OHIO STATE FOOTBALL, but we didn't. In response Woody was in the stadium.

"Only three things happen when you pass, and two of 'em are bad!"

We should have listened. Run, run, run and run some more. Thats what we should've done. Then Hamby can't drop that pass. Then Ginn and Gonzo don't drop their passes. Then Zwick doesn't scramble and fumble the ball!
It was Woody. We forgot our tradition listening to all the national hype about "how fast we are.. and how many big playmakers we have".

AJ Hawk was paying attention. So were Carpentar and the whole Dline. Holmes was there to bail out the offense and Huston looked more like Nuge than any of us could have hoped for. Pittman was running hard and we were moving the ball on the ground. We abandoned our tradition and it cost us.

Never again. This week we need 300 yards rushing and to punish them on defense. Be relentless and aggressive. Take the fight to them!

If you ask me what happened during Saturdays game I'll say we were confused and didn't stick with our gameplan. We didn't play Ohio State football when we needed to.

If you ask me who cost us this game, we did it to ourselves, and Woody was watching.:(

Let me go out on a limb and say....Vince Young? :wink2:
Did he wear his buckeye garb differently this week?

I watched the game at a new location. Wore an untested BP T-shirt. Wore my hat backwards entirely too much during the game. Started the game with it on backwards, turned it around after the first two drives, turned it back around at the end of the third quarter. Only drank six beers, and none of them were in the fourth quarter. Watched the Colerain-Tyler Lee game Friday instead of going out and getting shitfaced. Played the NCAA 2kx game before the game Friday night instead of Saturday morning/afternoon.

Other than that, I did everything right.

what was ESPN saying FU Ohio State! I was so freaking pissed by that. Nick is from OHIO! He should have told them to fuck off when they asked him to do that, in all places, Columbus, that was class-less

My fault guys

I'm sorry to say that I have absolutley no doubt that it was my fault we lost the game. During the first quarter of every game since the NC run I sat down with a jar of my homemade salsa and ate it until it was gone. Because of the fact that ABC had advertized this game to be in HD all week I made plans to watch the game at a freinds house who has just got a new HD tv and HD feed from the local provider. I went to his house but because of being so nerved up about the game I forgot the salsa and of course we lost. The games we lost last year, I either didn't eat the salsa or didn't finish the jar. I have no doubt its my fault we lost Saturday. Sorry guys.

I wore my #13 jersey. (Not MoC - it's Andre Amos, I swear!) I'd never worn it before, and I try to wear a different jersey each week. I didn't KNOW it was bad luck. I figured I'd stay away from my #16 jersey. (I wore that to San Diego State game a couple years ago, when they squeeked out a win.)

Of course, maybe it was when I said, "If Houston makes this kick, I'm going to stop chanting 'NUGE!' when he kicks." Then the guy on the radio said he made it, and I was about to say that his name is, once again, "Houston." But then he said he missed the kick. DAMN! I should just stick with calling him "Nuge." He's 7 for 7 when I call him "Nuge."

I didn't get to go to the game, and that's what cost us the game. The Bucks have never lost when I'm in the stadium. One of you selfish bastards should have given me your ticket to insure a Buck win. :p

Actually guys it is my fault... or should I say my fiance's fault. For the last 3 years one of my fiance's friends had a wedding during a football game... and each game they lost (Wisconsin in 2003 & Northwestern in 2004) I thought I would break the curse by not going to the wedding and drinking heavily and watching the game. It just wasn't enough... next time this scenario happens I will just have to go to Columbus and try to break the curse that way.
