Fess up, who REALLY cost us the game?

I wore my Block-O/Ekoostik-Hookah shirt instead of a normal OSU shirt/sweatshirt, whatever. I wore it to the Miami game, so I figured maybe it would turn into a talisman....now it is nothing but real OSU stuff on gameday, I've learned my lesson

Sounds like the kids(neither of them 18) that snuck a 5th of vodka in. they were so trashed by the time they got into the stadium, they got in the wrong seats and and stumbled until they could find theirs when the owners that had the seats walked by. needless to say, but they didnt show back up after halftime. i say we just place all the blame of them :wink2:

Fair enough, but I could still walk pretty well at that point...I just needed to save some....I was so nice i was giving away shots to fellow Buckeye fans I didn't even know...but I'm glad to have the blame off my shoulders thanks IBuck...

Now where the hell is my shirt...still can't find it...

Unfortunately, me and my friend played a part in the L as well. We have been sitting together for 2 years + this season together at all the home games, and last yr....we sat in different sections with different friends for the Wisconsin game, and then again this year against Texas. We are undefeated when sitting next to each other. Guys, Im sorry. NEVER AGAIN.

i disagree with all the above. i lost us this game for many many many reasons. first and foremost i was up at 5:30am instead of the usual, me rolling my happy ass out of bed at say 11:45ish.

if that weren't enough, i drove to indiana to take my scuba cert tests. ate lunch, which was not my every game pre game meal. i got done at 5 and drove back home to watch the game. i promptly washed my muscle shirt that i wear under my tOSU jersey but forgot to wash my buckeye shorts which were dirty from vball earlier in the week. so i had to go with a different pair of shorts. i got my normal pregame meal prepaired got the tivo and tape going to record the game.

i was flat out exhausted after having gotten up at 5:30am, driving for 4 hours total and completing 2 dives. i fixed my normal pregame meal even though i wasn't hungry and forced down as much as i could. not even a 1/4 of it :(. i really think the alternat shorts hurt us on the first 2 drives. then to make matters worse, i had a pretty bad sun burn and the jersey was really bugging me so i took it off just before the beginning of the 2nd qrt instead of taking it off at halftime which i always do.

i screwed up the weekend so badly, there is no way on earth this could have been anyones fault other than my own. im really sorry guys.

i really did haul ass home and tried to get everything in order before the start of the game. i just couldn't pull it off :(.

Everyone can relax. I have found the true culprit! It's my boss. He is not a sports fan and even more importantly is not even from here in Ohio. He's from Kentucky. He never watches anything sports related, except perhaps the Kentucky Derby. Well the first thing he said to me this morning when I got to work was "That was one heck of a game wasn't it? I thought them Buckeyes were gonna pull that one off. I even watched the second half of the game. Surprising huh?"

So see... it's no one here's fault and everyone can send hate mail to my boss
