facts of life was set in ohio, too, right? and wasn't the facts of life a spin-off? i'm thinking that there is at least one more sitcom that was set in ohio, but i can't think of it. ed was not really a sitcom.

oh, "suicide is painless," the theme song to m.a.s.h. is great, but i'm nearly certain that it was not song developed for only m.a.s.h.
