I've seriously never heard of that. When did it come out? I'm always looking for a good comedy to rent on the weekends. I've run out of good new releases.

Looks like it came out in 1998. Directed by Bob Saget (you've probably heard about how 'dirty' he is as a standup comedian), it has a lot of good Norm non-acting, Artie Lange, and lots of good juvenile humor. Fun movie.

Gotta go with Zach Galifianakis, Jim Norton and Norm MacDonald. Brian Regan too.

I heard Norm a few months back on a radio show and he's still got whatever it is I like about him. I always thought Dirty Work was an underrated dumb but hilarious film.

"I've never SEEN so many dead hookers!"
"Lord knows I have."

Thanks. Yeah, I know Saget's stand-up act is far from his wholesome, nerdy character on Full House. I've not watched a lot of his act either, though.

Mitch: There's two kinds of people in this world: Those who get stomped on and those who do the stomping.
Kathy: Where'd you come up with that theory?
Mitch: That famous guy said it. What's his name? Uh... Oh, yeah: Jesus!

Haha, there are so many fine quotes, I just copied like the first on on IMDB. I need to see that movie again.

There was a stretch where it seemed like it was on TBS every weekend, but not lately.

Results as of today:

Chappelle 32
Carlin - 30
Other - 28

Carlin remained relevant for decades, as did Dangerfield. Time will tell if Chappelle can match that standard...but I doubt it.

We went to see Joel McHale in Cincinnati last night. Funny, but he's better on The Soup than as a stand-up.

The opening act, Shane Mauss, was hilarious. There's nothing quite like a ten minute segment on butt sex.
