Give the devil his due. Highest recognition factor for any college football team has to belong to Michigan. There's almost never a question of which team is an a photo. They found a winner in the 1930s and have stuck with it.
The most screwed up uniforms are currently residing in the NFL. Especially the Bengals. After all those years of trying to develope high recognition factors, teams are now more interested in selling "this year's jersey," or "this year's jersey set."
