Road Trip!

Never mind. :pissed:

 You have over a month. It's the Wed. through Sat. before Labor day.

When I was younger there used to be a place here in town that had a large sweet corn field, along with strawberries and pumpkins. They would have a huge party every fall where they would cook a lot of sweet corn and give it away free. Damn I sound old.

Huge, mutant, smoked turkey legs, big enough to bop someone on the head with like a true barbarian!
I think the thread was about fair foods from the county fair, not ye olde renaissance faire. :tongue2:

But yes, when kicking it with the wenches at the renaissance faire, a 12-lb smoked turkey leg and a tankard of ale kicks an elephant ear and lemonade shake-up in the ass.

If consumed whilst wearing wenchy garb, the taste improves, nay?

When BB73 and Best Buckeye were younger, they got together with the locals for a similar feast. But I'm sure you've heard about the First Thanksgiving already.

These are available at my county fair. Guess your fair sucks.

Wenches be damned, stay back from my meat, tis not for the likes of thee!
