I'm amazed no one from Cincinnati's west side (where we have names such as Schatenfreudenheimer, Graubergenmeister, Hammerschlissengutz and Hornchmeir -- The last one was real, the others aren't far off -- has spoken up for eggs, sausage and goetta.
