Choice #1: Bacon w/ a couple sunny-side up eggs fried in the bacon grease.
Choice #2: A big ass omelette filled with whatever is in the fridge, usually ham & scallions, sometimes mushrooms & spinach, maybe some bell peppers or tomatos. Whatever it is, it'll be packed with some cheddar before it gets folded over. There are lots of ways to make an omelette.
That's about it for me anymore though. Woof, in my former life I would have devoured every potato, fresh or frozen, in the house as long as it was fried. Now however I very seldom eat potatos.

I love all the non-bacon suggestions as well, but any answer not including bacon is just incorrect.

1) Be A Man.
Cracklin' Oat Bran... you can call it "catfood for people" or "brillo pads with milk", but anything that let's the wife believe I'm eating healthy while I get my fix of brown sugar and such is a good thing.
