Still think Golson fits best at Tejas.
Fuck Brian Kelly with a rusty Garden Weasel.

Golson can't go to Tejas... they play the dames this year and if i remember Kelly went all petulant child and said "No one on our schedule or certain teams in the B1G"
Ah, as far as tejas goes... they've decided to go with the "Spread" after not being able to get a prostyle QB to transfer in for the spring.I think that was just the "sources" that said that. ND AD said he hasn't been blocked to transfer anywhere. Blocking a transfer to a B1G team doesn't make much sense anyway, we don't even play any B1G teams this year.
I was reading on the Shag that Strong didn't seem that interested in taking Golson anyway.
Wow. Didn't expect the sec commish to sign the waiver as soon as it hit his desk. Expected at least a few weeks of dog and pony show.Report: Everett Golson expected to announce decision Monday

They don't subtract years for suspensions, they get spent like any other year. His RS soph season in 2013 was spent as a suspended player. So a kid can get suspended for an entire year and still have a year of eligibility? WTF?

So he has 2 years of eligibility? 2012 was his freshman year, he was suspended 2013, then he played 2014.
Edit - he redshirted in 2011. 2012 was year 1 of his eligibility. 2013 was year 2. 2014 was year 3. He lost year 2. He has 1 year left.
