What I like.

The teaching going on. This team needed teaching so badly and last year was a disaster in so many respects for the young guys.

The enthusiam by the coaches. Watching Meyer up close is a revelation. Always teaching.

The biggest take away for me has been a high level of expectation from the staff. You can tell that Urban sets the bar very high. He has eliminated excuses from his vocabulary and expects the same out of his players. My kind of guy.
