ESPN (A bunch of Death-Spiraling maroons)

It's not like any of this shit is new. Before the 2006 Rose Bowl, ESECSPN spent two weeks comparing USC to the Top 50 teams of all time, and came to the conclusion that the Trojans would beat them all.

And then Vince Young happened.

Before the game, the cock gobblers at ESECSPN even said that USC could beat the Bengals, which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Yes, the Trojans had a lot of guys who would go on to play in the NFL, but the Bengals had FIFTY-THREE NFL players. They would have beaten USC 98-0 with a running clock in the second half.

Fuck those assholes with a cactus.

Edit: I had to change the score from to 96 to a 98. The math was bothering me lol.

Even that's too good for them.

Just wait - the ACC Network launches in July (I think). So we get to get it for both the SECSECSEC and the ACC. They literally want the B1G, Big 12, PAC-12 and all of the group of 5 to split off and do their own thing.....they are just driving them away and thankfully the TV Ratings are starting to show it.

Whose dumbass idea was it to have the title game in Levi Stadium??? The freaking Pac 12 couldn't even sell it out. Shit, just have your invitational championship game in Atlanta, ESECSPN. It's not like you're fooling anyone.

Half the total fanbase of these two teams needs a judge's permission to leave the state.

Atlanta would be a stretch, San Fran was never going to work.

what if they won the game by only kicking field goals? The math works, and some day it will happen.

Two schools 300 miles apart are playing a game 2,300 miles away in the college football hotbed of Santa Clara, CA and ESPN is surprised the get-in price has dropped below face value? In response they've cancelled Film Room to give us the MNF broadcast team of Tessitore, Witten, and Booger as an alternate broadcast? For fucks sake, Film Room has been the best thing they've done since this playoff was invented.

Hard to imagine the College Football Playoff power brokers couldn't foresee Levi Stadium isn't a destination on anyones bucket list, given it's rich bowl history.

Sidetracking a bit, I was curious what tickets were listed for on Stubhub. Cheap seats are around $130-140. I found the "info" below on the website. Can't quite figure out who/what generated the text with its strange phraseology and grammatical errors.

NCAA Football Playoffs Info
To get into the playoff system, you pretty much have to be the very best of the best, as the powerhouse programs that make it this far have rosters absolutely flushed with superstars headed to stardom on the next level. There's nothing quite like seeing college football at this level, as these players are capable of some amazing things when the pressure is really starting to head out surrounding the biggest matchups of the season. Any team that makes it to the playoffs have the capability of running the table and taking down the national title, which is why you never know what's going to happen next as the premier programs in the nation kickoff against one another.

Well, if there was any need for evidence that the brain trust at ESPN thinks people tune in for their on air "talent" this has to be it. I hope literally zero people watch the MNF crew broadcast.

I tune in for some of their talent.
