Premarket action was subdued among most Dow and S&P 500 stocks. Walt Disney (NYSE:DIS) dropped nearly 2%, the Dow's biggest move and the largest loss among S&P 500 companies. A regulatory filing late Wednesday showed Disney's profitable ESPN franchise had lost 3 million subscribers from the start of 2015 through October, putting the channel's two-year subscriber loss at 7 million.
