Yeah, that's the second straight year Cinci has missed their first pick of the draft... I'm guessing there is at least one other bengal fan out there on this site.

it is like real life. Bengals trade for Shaun Rogers? Not so fast.....DeWayne Robertson? Nope. Why should the mock owner of the Bengals be any more competent? Gotta love it.

Is this draft taking infinitely longer b/c of the separate site, and work blockages? Or simply unresponsible managing?

If it's the separate site, could we go back to the old way to speed this up?

Well, there was this one year when the Bengals picked in a timely fashion ...
[sarcasm] and my picks were eerily similar in quality to the worst the Mike Brown Brains Trust delivers.[/sarcasm]

I think part of it can be laid at the whole Draft Order is out of order issue jwins. Since we got through pick 6 things have picked up.

FWIW through picks 12 took 2 days and 1 hour in 2007.
Through pick 12 took us from Sunday at 3:24 in the afternoon to 3-5 at 6:19 PM, 3 days and 3 hours give or take.

I think it is fair to say the picks slowed while we got through the 1, (auto pick) 3, 4 and 5 snafu.
