New egg clicked BrutuS! I haven't wandered around the forums lately so I can't be sure about any new eggs. I have read about some "alts", a black that is blacker or something, a vine that looks different, things like that. There is usually a thread that talks about new eggs I just haven't had the time.

OK at the risk of showing my incompetence with this, I've created an account with user name and password but after that nothing seems to happen. I enter the cave and my only two options are "scroll" and "forums". When I click on scroll it takes me to my account area where I can make changes. There is also an option to create an "incubator". But when I attempt to create one all I get is an error saying something along the lines of that link not being any good. The forum link does just that....takes me to the forums.

There have been a coupe instances where along with the "scroll" and "forum" link there were eggs laying on the floor but when I click on one of them it just says the egg is gone.

As I said, at the risk of showing my incompetence.....what am I missing or doing wrong??????????

EDIT: I'm not sure how I did it but I now have four eggs and have managed to create an incubator. Apparently I have to copy the link for the incubator somewhere else in order to use it. I think. I don't have a clue and the more I read about it the more confused it gets. Oh well.....shit happens.

Clicks today.

Remember that there are two seperate logins for cave and forum, they aren't the same. If you made a forum login it isn't a cave login. Also, there are help files quoted throughout this thread so a thread search for keywords might help too. I tended to repost basic help files from the forums into this thread for quite awhile.

As for the eggs being gone or "this dragon has already been taken" message, that isn't something wrong with you. That means someone else clicked on it and they registered the steal first. It's a very common problem with the egg drop at the hour, as only 60 eggs are given out and multiple hundreds of people are "stealing."

If you have four eggs, than you have a cave login. All the code is for display elsewhere, the point of an incubator is to get all your eggs and hatchliings in one spot, with minimized code, so it can be posted for clicks and views.

I was going to post a link to the incubators forum but it's hosting site seems to have closed down and it hasn't found a new home yet. Sorry.

Try posting your incubator using the "direct image" link and the "insert picture" icon above (little yellow box with a mountain in it) then it will look like this instead of an imageshack text link.

Been trying to do just what you suggested but not having much luck. The image of the incubator that I managed to get into image shack only has 2 eggs and I now have 4 but can't get the image saved again. I've tried so many things that when something works I don't know what the hell it was I did to get it to work. But if you can't click on the eggs if you use the incubator image, I guess it would be better to just stick with the individual eggs.
