What is your favorite way to eat eggs?
I go for over-easy.

I would have go w/ the sunshine skillet over the breakfast casserole as well. I put omelets in a separate category from eggs-sausage and American cheese is my regular preference.

Over-medium is in-between: Very thick but slowly runny yolk. My personal favorite along with poached. Especially last night when I had two of them with lemon, anchovies, and capers over some top-notch schnitzel w/ sides of cucumber salad, sauerkraut, and spaetzle and washed it down with a dark hefeweissen. It's called Schnitzel a la Holstein at Cafe Berlin in Denver, which is a damn fine place to eat.

I usually take about 4-5 eggs raw in a glass, chug them, and then go running around Philadelphia.
