I've heard they are really high on Jim Cordle's abilities and he's been In the system for a little while. Id be all for it.

In that scenario, Warinner would be coaching QBs. Would not be a fan of that at all, especially with all the new faces on next year's o-line. Those guys are going to need a great teacher.

You'd be weakening two coaching positions in your scenario, IMO.

Warriner was QB coach for Kansas from 2007-09, and he made Todd Reesing look pretty good. I'd be perfectly happy if Warriner moved to OC/QB coach and we brought in a new OL coach.
