If they swapped UK and UF I'd say it was fine.

Forget all the whining about VCU and UAB. Kentucky getting a monumental screwing, and UF a monumental gift, is the travesty of the selection process imo.

The East has the overall #1 and two #2 seeds.

The SE has a #1 and three #4's.

Bump for the second play-in game of the night between UAB & Clemson.

Hopefully the crowd in Dayton shows some love for the Tigers. Clemson has dipped into Dayton for their last two basketball coaches, Oliver Purnell (UD) and now Brad Brownell (Wright State).

I honestly think the committee wanted to put UF as the #4 in Duke's region and Texas as the #2 in Pitt's region and swapped them for the sake of correcting last year's easy bracket for Duke, why else would UF get a #2 AND get to play in Tampa? That switch alone would balance out the whole bracket a bit better for me in terms of 1-4 rankings.

Confused

Can one or more of you 9 picking Syracuse over the Buckeyes explain to
me how a 2-3 zone will do anything but encourage a "tsunami" of treys
from Threebler & Co. for the 3rd best shooting team in the country? Do
you REALLY believe by collapsing 3 guys on Sully you can count on the
array of shooters on this team to miss wide open jump shots?

If so, I pray the 'Cuse is that stupid.

That isn't how Syracuse plays the 2-3. Their rotations can be a thing of beauty. I didn't bet on them but they will be a formidable opponent if they meet the Buckeyes.
