left the house earlier than normal and 76 west from Ytown to Akron was horrible - i wasn't able to get going above 40mph until i got to Akron, and the 76/77 split, 77N was pretty good - then i get to our parking lot that had not been plowed yet. i think i'm in my spot but it will be fun to see when they are done plowing...

The sun is finally breaking over the hills (8:06)and inching through the trees here in scenic (note the use of the sarcasm font) Anderson Township. To be fair, it is pretty nice for the 'burbs, rolling hills and plenty of trees in my section.

I've been up since 6:15 when the cat started bitching about getting short rations last night. Read the news, God, the Enquirer is such a bad paper... 16 million for Barry Bonds? What a crock. I hope the powers that be put an asterisk on all his records. Brady Quinn wins the Maxwell... another crock. They ought to put an asterisk by any award won by any athlete from Notre Dame... for someone whose life's ambition was to grow up and be a cantankerous old fart, I'm off to a glorious start this morning. Go Bucks!
