EA Sports Could Lose NFL/NCAA/Arena License

Why is the gun pointed only at EA's head - or is the court also to look at the other party who signed exclusivity - the NFL?
... and the NFLPA. With players' unions, it takes three to tango.

Can I sue Michael Jordan for withholding himself from NBA Live '97? Really, I didn't buy the game to play Pippen, Rodman, and "Player #45."

While I certainly welcome competition, I was never a fan of the 2K series. It always seemed like a poor product to me. I've never understood the fascination/devotion of their supporters.

So what happens if we sign up to join the lawsuit? Maybe we'll get a free NCAA/Madden 12?

Love the idea of making this shit competitive again. During the '06-'07 season, I tried March Madness for a couple of days before taking it back and getting the College Hoops 2K on my PS2. Despite flaws of it's own, the 2K version was a much better game for me. I don't feel the same about the 2K football games, but I've never played a 2K game on a next gen system either. So my only comparison is when I still thought that EA had a good product for football, and that 2K had automatic 80 yard bombs to Randy Moss on every play.

I've always preferred EA over the 2K games too, except for NFL 2K5. That game nailed everything.

I remember automatic 80 yards bombs to Moss in madden 08 and 09.

NFL 2k5 is still the best football game of all time. It's sim football. EA still doesn't have double hit tackles in their games, double hit tackles are a huge part of football!
