DL Dominic Kirks (Official Thread)

Can understand his thoughts. Gotta be hard NOT to hear from THE home state team, until this late in the process when tOSU has been spurned by higher rated players. Don't really know how the coaches will dance that one. Hope LJ can smooth things over, though. Go Bucks!

THE HURRY-UP: FOUR-STAR 2024 DEFENSIVE END DOMINIC KIRKS TO TAKE OFFICIAL VISIT TO OHIO STATE THIS WEEKEND, OSU COACHES HIT THE ROAD FOR IN-STATE PROSPECT VISITS

The two programs most connected to the 6-foot-4, 255-pound standout outside of Washington are OSU and USC, and this weekend will be crucial for both the Buckeyes and Kirks. While Kirks has visited OSU in the past, he hasn’t been officially offered by the Buckeyes as of yet.

Should Larry Johnson and other Ohio State staff members put on a full-court press for Kirks, landing him as the 21st commit in the 2024 class seems well within the realm of possibility.

Should OSU be successful in flipping the talented pass rusher, Kirks would become the third defensive lineman in the 2024 class, joining signees Eddrick Houston and Eric Mensah. He’d be eligible to sign with the Buckeyes on Feb. 7 and would be a summer enrollee.
