DK Royal Stadium versus the Shoe....

Here are a couple of videos of from the Aggie War Hymn.

This is the part of "Saw Varsity's Horns Off"

I think you know who it's referring to.......

Everyone in the stadium sways side to side....it actually moves the stadium.......and if you look up and over to the other side you sometimes get dizzy from looking.

Right now it's funny because Whacko from WACO's stolen the thread.

I have had two visits to Austin. I love Guerro's Tex-Mex, I thought the grounds around DKR, especially the alum center, to be top shelf stuff. I love Shriner Bock (wow, did I get that right? Yellow label, tastes like real beer) beer, but I'm glad to be a buckeye and when the drummers come down the ramp everyone in Texas will know what's so damn special about a game in the 'Shoe.

guess what aggy, that clip has nothing to do with this thread. Any mods care to move his posts about aggy into the reference locker and give him his proper medal:

Hey, WACKO, how about this stat? Ohio State is 4-0 all-time against A&M:

09-28-1963: Ohio State 17, Texas A&M 0 (Columbus, OH)
09-26-1970: Ohio State 56, Texas A&M 13 (Columbus, OH)
01-01-1987: Ohio State 28, Texas A&M 12 (Cotton Bowl)
01-01-1999: Ohio State 24, Texas A&M 14 (Sugar Bowl)

Average score: Ohio State 31, Texas A&M 10

Could we have just witnessed two of the gayest moments in the HISTORY of college football??
You mean other than the picture in your signature?

P.S. Those videos are kinda creepy. That song sounded like it was straight from a German propoganda film and the crowds all mindlessly swaying to it didn't help matters much.

It was reported today in the Dallas Morning News that DKR will get an upgrade within the next 3-5 years that will increase capacity to 90,000+. I think they said it will be a "rebuilding" of the north endzone. I guess this would be the addition of an upper deck and also bringing the seats closer to the field. This won't matter to y'all as it won't happen before next year's game but it is pretty big news to UT fans because it's been "in the works" forever but now our AD is actually being quoted and it's getting reported in a newspaper.

Guerro's is a good place for a rita, and the beer you are refering to is Shiner Bock, it started as a micro brew from Shiner, TX and has taken off, I'm sure you know why. As great as those things are, I can't wait to see the shoe.

The reactions of Buckeye fans to the Aggie-ness are typical. These are the things we've been saying for years.

I am friends and family with many an aggie, but that does not make them normal. In fact, it gives me more exposure to their weirdness and lunacy.

For example, screwing sheep is officially called stump-jumping in College Station. I will spare your brains of mental imagery and not explain the etymology.
