I've never heard of this.

This is similar to the "grassman" that I noticed was being hunted on Monsterquest on Discovery (I think it was Discovery). WTF is grassman? It apparently lives in the eastern/northeastern part of Ohio.

Same here. Maybe it's more of a NE Ohio thing. I've never referred to it as anything else.

I've used icebox. A davenport...hmmm...I've heard people use it, but it's not a huge saying around here.

I think the proper term for a man molesting a pole is "gay."

I hear the gays live outside Zanesville. They're elusive, so I haven't seen any. Maybe 'Bus can confirm/deny.

Grew up on the north side of Columbus (Worthington). Never heard of the Devil Strip before this. I always called it the tree lawn.

What about the suicide lane? Anyone else use that one?

Yep. I keep yelling that the east side of Cleveland needs more of those. But I only yell it at my wife and she doesn't listen to me, so it really doesn't count.
