I might. Let me know what it's like if you don't mind. I don't really have extra money to throw around right now but if it's worth it, I can...sell plasma or something.
It's a good game, and walks a fine line between a "laid back" campaign journey that sprinkles in moments of creepy/intense moments. The Multiplayer is good. I wouldn't call it great. The multiplayer reminds me more of COD than halo. This part of the game will get better IMO as I think they will continue to adjust and refine the balance of weapons and abilities. But it's still a quality element of the game.
I have read a few reviews and one review in particular pointed out something I agree with, that being the story line tells some things with a fair amount of detail, like the traveler and the fall of earth, other planets, etc. but in other parts of the story, like your character details, are somewhat missing or incomplete. Now, I'm nowhere near finished so this may greatly change for me.
Another thing, that does remind me of classic bungie, is the formula used for many of the missions/quests. That is where Bungie finds a way to use and reuse the same sequence of events. If you haven't played the game yet, this is what will happen over and over. You and your AI companion will go find a computer terminal, the AI will be accessing information, while you defend the area from bad guys. Over and over, lol. So, I think they need to be a little more creative with the expansion packs.
Over all I would give it an: -A or 4.5 stars. Good now, with great parts that may get better with a little tooling by Bungie.
