Matt Leinart and Derek Anderson. Proof positive that the Redbirds had no viable succession plan for the inevitable retirement of Kurt Warner.

If anyone seriously questions the Hall-of-Fame-worthiness of Warner, all they need to do is examine the fortunes of teams shortly after his departure.
