It's a donation and an insult at the same time.

They'll be all like "thanks for the donation, asshole".

(Edit: That ? up there is supposed to be a {cents} ligature. Evidently, they didn't pony up on the recent server upgrade to pay for the ligature recognition feature, so your 79 CENTS would probably cover that.)

Just called Ford Customer Satisfaction Program and told them to govern themselves accordingly. :pissed:

Their lack of interest or concern for their future financial well being- after being made aware of my litigious personality and legal perspicacity was - palpable. :sad:
