Hoke says Denard should be ready to go for Minnesota. Possibly wearing a sleeve on throwing arm. My question, if he's had elbow problems in the past, like vs Illinois, why isn't he wearing a sleeve or something already?

also said Gardner and Bellomy would get some reps at QB this week as a precaution.

We've been through the nerve thing with MoC.

He can wear whatever he wants, Hoke can say whatever he wants...it's luck of the draw. The fall vs Nebraska was nothing and it ended his game, that level of vulnerability will be there the rest of the year.

Without Retard they will struggle, but probably beat, Minny and Iowa, lose to NU and get proper ape fucked by OSU in Columbus.

If he's gone for the full game against Minny or Iowa it's still a toss up if Blowme continues his 0-10 level of magnificence.

The difference isn't between Braxton and Denard. The difference is what happens when they leave the game.

Denard comes out - Michigan falls apart on both sides of the ball. The team is a mess.

Braxton comes out - Ohio State rallies and comes together in all ares of the game. The team finds a way to overcome and perform.

This is the difference between these two programs. Michigan's football program is lightyears behind Ohio State's.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery to Predator Junior so that Simon and/or Shazier get to knock the holy dogsh*t out of him in three weeks.

First time he gets blasted by either will the last. He will mysteriously have some injury that will keep him out the rest of the game.

The kid was/is exciting to watch when he knows he can dominate, but when the going gets tough and his team needs him, he seems to (and sometimes literally) disappears.

Thing is, if he got hurt on that play, where he basically fell to the ground from a standing position, bracing on his elbow, you cannot count on him for any kind of durability for the rest of the season.

There was next to no contact on that play. Completely routine, yet he's done for the game. Freaky.

Frankly, I'm surprised he's lasted this long without falling apart physically. He has been the focus of their offense for 3 years, and he has taken a decent amount of abuse.

Now, before anybody makes the Braxton comparison...Brax is a good 3 inches and 25+ lbs bigger than hairlice. His body is built to withstand a little more abuse than a 5'11 / 190 lb slot dot masquerading as a QB.

Not freaky at all.

You see, injuries to hairlice are dependant upon the tone and situation the weasels find themselves in when the injury occurs. If they are losing and struggling, the injury is going to be game ending (which I am pretty sure is hairlices decision). If they are winning and having fun, then it is a one/two play breather and he is right back out there trying to pad his stats (notice how this only happens against inferior competition).

Good idea. They can certainly stand to us some reps in practice.

Bingo. Add that when the going's good, he's acting like a punk doing that dopey spoon move.
