Decanonized Mythologized Disgraced Ped State Monster Coach Joe Paterno (Zombie Icon)

One of our older clients played LB as a walk-on back when Joe Pa was an assistant. Was talking to him earlier today about everything going on at his alma mater, and if even half of what he has said really went on under JoePa, then Ped State better find out how much the melt value of that statue is. Cleanest program in the NCAA my ass.

(No, Jerry, that last sentance was NOT an invitation.)

It has been well documented that they have never been as "clean" as they claim to recruits and the world in general.

Faculty Senate voted on a resolution demanding that the investigating committee be independent of Ped State influence and alumni. The BOT has voted on naming one of their members as chair and said they would be filling it "mostly, if not entirely" with PSU alumni.

I'm confused by "independent of Penn State" and "mostly (filled by) PSU alumni. Isn't that what got them in trouble in the first place? :tongue2:

This thread is starting to read like a movie script.

But make sure you get it out of your systems tonight, because tomorrow their arrogant fan base will be in town and we are all supposed to avert our eyes and tell them how sorry we are to hear about their loss.

I don't know if it has been brought up before, but does Ed D (mens bball coach) leaving make more sense now?

I doubt his departure had anything to do with this scandal. It probably had more to do with him cashing in his chips after Talor Battle led his team to the best season he could ever hope to have in that backwards hellhole.

I've seen plenty of Fuck Michigan shirts in The Shoe...both in person and on TV.

I've seen Fuck Michigan shirts at family reunions in July.

Let's be clear, there is never a time when it's inappropriate to wear a Fuck Michigan shirt.

This was a great case I learned in Law School that everyone here probably already knows.

Obscenity is based on community standards. A man was arrested for wearing a Fuck Michigan shirt, for obscenity. The judge hearing the case ruled that he was innocent as the community standard was "Fuck Michigan."
