Their probably on the phone with every lawyer in PA asking them to not sue the Paterno family when the report comes out.

Sadly, a lot of the Pedsters will probably buy into it.

Interesting moral quandary for the lawyers though - go after money or contribute to the "smear campaign" against JoePa.......

The quantity of suspicious behavior is so large, I think Ped State should be very worried that the NCAA, with the information from multiple sources, will have no choice but to bring the hammer down in a very large way to show the world that what happened is totally unacceptable behavior by a coach and a university as part of the NCAA. The NCAA death penalty is probably on the table, now, folks and it's deserved. Nothing would shock me, now.
